Deployment Guide: n8n Business Automation OS
Master the deployment of your 27,000+ workflow library. From n8n installation to deploying elite AI agents for your agency.
Prerequisites
- n8n (Desktop or Self-Hosted Community Version)
- OpenAI API Key (Optional, for GPT agents)
- Anthropic API Key (Optional, for Claude agents)
- Node.js v18+ (for Local Dashboard)

Welcome to the command center. This guide will walk you through the precise steps to deploy your n8n Business Automation OS and the accompanying 15 Elite AI Agents.
1. System Preparation
Before importing the vault, ensure your environment is ready:
- n8n Environment: We recommend the self-hosted Docker version or the desktop app for 100% privacy.
- API Infrastructure: Gather your keys from OpenAI and Anthropic to power the Agentic Logic layers.
- The Vault: Ensure you have downloaded the 1GB+ system package from your secure link.
2. Launching the Command Center
Your OS comes with an offline HTML dashboard for rapid search and discovery.
- Extract the
SYNTH_OPERATOR_OS.zipfile. - Navigate to the root directory.
- Windows: Double-click
START_SYSTEM.bat. - Mac/Linux: Run
bash START_SYSTEM.shin your terminal. - Your browser will open to
localhost:3000. This is your local private hub.
3. Importing Workflows into n8n
With 27,400+ workflows, we recommend a “surgical import” strategy:
- Use the Command Center to find a workflow (e.g., “Lead Gen LinkedIn Scraper”).
- Click COPY JSON.
- Open your n8n instance.
- Create a new workflow.
- Press
Ctrl + V(Windows) orCmd + V(Mac) to paste the blueprint directly onto the canvas.
4. Configuring Elite AI Agents
The 15 elite agents (Claude & OpenAI) require calibrated node settings:
- Credential Setup: Add your API keys in n8n’s “Credentials” section.
- Node Calibration: The Command Center’s built-in Neural Assistant provides the exact system prompts and temperature settings for each agent.
- Memory Integration: For persistent agents, ensure you connect the provided PostgreSQL or Local File nodes for long-term memory.
5. Scaling Your Agency
The 5 modules (LEAD_MACHINE, RECEPTIONIST, CONTENT_FACTORY, THE_CLOSER, AUTOPILOT) are designed to be deployed sequentially. Start with the Lead Machine to build your pipeline, then deploy the Closer to manage conversions.
