Refund Policy
Important Notice:
SynthOperator is a software product delivered digitally. Our payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy LLC, our official Merchant of Record.
01. General Principles
Due to the nature of digital products (including Claude Skills, n8n workflows, and system architectures) being accessible immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
However, we prioritize operator satisfaction and handle each case with professional integrity.
02. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be granted under the following specific conditions:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Technical Defect: If the product is verified to be broken or non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours.
- Unused Product: If you have NOT downloaded the files or accessed the dashboard, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
03. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)
In accordance with European Union and UK consumer laws, by purchasing and initiating the download or access of our digital content, you expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
04. Lemon Squeezy Protocol
As our official reseller, Lemon Squeezy handles the financial processing. Please note:
- Refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
- Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue refunds at their discretion to prevent bank disputes (chargebacks).
- The transaction fees (approx. 5% + $0.50) are generally non-refundable.
