> 1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from SynthOperator ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

> 2. Digital Products & License

SynthOperator sells digital downloadable products including AI instruction files, automation workflow templates, and related digital assets ("Products"). Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Products for your own personal or internal business purposes under the following conditions:

• You may use the Products on any number of your own devices and accounts.
• You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or otherwise transfer the Products or any portion thereof to any third party, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
• You may not repackage, rebrand, or create derivative works from the Products for resale or distribution.
• You may not post, share, or publish the Products on any public platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service.
• Commercial use within your own business operations is permitted. Selling access to the Products themselves is not.

> 3. Intellectual Property

The Products, and all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of SynthOperator and its licensors. All content, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs are the property of SynthOperator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

> 4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloadable goods, all sales are generally final. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Refund requests must be sent to support@synthoperator.com with your order number and reason for the request.
• After 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the digital products are immediately accessible and deliverable upon purchase.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed after a refund has been issued will be contested and may result in suspension of access and account.
• We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we detect that the Products have been downloaded, redistributed, or otherwise misused.

> 5. No Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. SynthOperator makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Products. Results described in marketing materials represent potential outcomes and are not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your own effort, experience, and market conditions.

> 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynthOperator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Products or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

> 7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Products or this website to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Resell, redistribute, or transfer the Products to any third party.
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with SynthOperator.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary methodologies from the Products for competitive purposes.

> 8. Third-Party Services

Our Products are designed for use with third-party platforms including Anthropic's Claude, n8n, and others. SynthOperator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use in conjunction with our Products.

> 9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

> 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
